Privacy Policy

What we never collect

We do not collect, request or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. There is no mechanism in the product capable of receiving them.

Data we process

Account data: email address and authentication identifiers, so you can sign in and access your plan.

Subscription data: plan tier, status, renewal dates, invoice records, and — for on-chain payments — the payment reference and transaction signature.

Wallet data: your public Solana address while connected, used to read public balances and build swap routes. Public addresses and transaction signatures are inherently public on-chain data.

Product data: opportunities you watch, positions and trade outcomes you record, and security-relevant events such as connection and arming changes.

Technical data: standard request logs and error reports used to keep the service reliable and secure.

Data that stays in your browser

Wallet permission switches, risk settings, Dry-Run state, the execution timeline and the session signature log are stored locally in your browser. Clearing site data removes them.

How we use it

To operate your account and subscription, deliver receipts and invoices, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Processors and third parties

Card payments and billing management are handled by Stripe. Application hosting, authentication, database and email delivery run on our managed cloud backend. Market and chain data come from public providers including Solana RPC, DexScreener and Jupiter.

These providers receive only the data needed for their function — for example Stripe receives billing details, not your trading configuration.

Retention

Account, subscription and invoice records are retained while your account is active and afterwards only as long as required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. Operational logs are kept for a short rolling window.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@ghost-ai.space from your account address. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted, because the Solana blockchain is public and immutable.

Cookies

We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your local settings. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
