1. What Ghost Bot is

Ghost Bot is non-custodial software that analyses Solana markets and prepares transactions for you to approve in your own wallet. We do not hold, control, transmit or manage your assets, and we do not operate as a broker, exchange, custodian or money transmitter.

This page is maintained by the Ghost Bot operator to describe the terms of using the platform. It is not legal advice, and it is not a certification by any third party.

2. No financial advice

All scores, signals, safety ratings and suggested actions are automated output based on public market data. Nothing in the product is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. You are solely responsible for every transaction you sign.

3. Risk acknowledgement

Trading digital assets — particularly newly launched meme coins — carries extreme risk, including total loss. Risks include rug pulls, liquidity removal, honeypot contracts, price manipulation, failed transactions, slippage, network congestion and third-party outages (RPC providers, price feeds, routing aggregators).

You confirm that you use the platform with funds you can afford to lose, and that you understand automation can execute losing trades quickly.

4. Your wallet and security obligations

You are responsible for the security of your wallet, device and recovery phrase. We will never ask for a private key or seed phrase, and you must never share one with anyone claiming to represent us.

You agree not to grant wallet permissions you do not understand, and to revoke access at any time from the Security Center and from your wallet's trusted-apps settings.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis by card or by on-chain payment to the treasury address shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel any time from the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

On-chain payments are final once confirmed on Solana. Because access is delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or on behalf of a jurisdiction or person prohibited from using it. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, resell or attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits or security controls.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and comply with all local laws relating to digital assets.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, limits and pricing may change, and third-party data sources may degrade or fail. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or create security risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, transaction failures, wallet compromise, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.
